Mr Marcus Mrwata 

Mr Mrwata is the Chief Operations Officer at BEBETOS Pty (Ltd). He leads operational planning and implementation across the business directing project delivery, process optimisation, quality assurance, HSE compliance, workforce development and supply-chain coordination. As a founding director of BEBETOS Pty (Ltd), Marcus has five years of concentrated, Metal fabrication and manufacturing operations experience and has driven the company’s operational expansion through strategic planning, performance metrics and continuous improvement. His leadership has overseen BEBETOS’s growth in structural and architectural metal solutions, aligning production capability with client requirements and regulatory standards.

Administration and Stakeholder Relations Manager

Ms Mokgadi Marakalala 

Ms Marakalala is a communications and management professional with experience in both the public and private sectors. She specialises in client relationship management, administrative coordination, stakeholder engagement and strategic communication.
Her background as a trade unionist strengthened her negotiation, conflict-resolution and people-centred leadership skills, enabling her to build strong teams and align organisational objectives with staff and client needs. She brings a structured, compliant and service-focused approach to management and operations.
